This Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked with DC Luxury Taxi & Tours.

1. Standard Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.

2. No-Shows

• A no-show occurs when a passenger fails to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Late Changes

• Changes to pick-up times or locations are subject to availability and may result in pricing adjustments.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• Cancellations due to flight cancellations or significant delays may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
